First Choice Emergency Room represents an entirely new concept in the delivery of emergency medical services. First Choice Emergency Room is a free-standing, fully equipped emergency room. Our physicians are board certified in emergency medicine and our nurses are emergency trained. We  are  prepared to manage  all adult and pediatric major and minor emergencies.
