First Choice Emergency Room is a free-standing, fully equipped emergency room with board certified emergency medicine physicians and emergency trained nurses. We are prepared to manage all adult and pediatric major and minor emergencies.

Our Louetta facility opened in September, 2007. With facilities in The Woodlands, Atascocita, Spring, Copperfiled, Pearland, Flower Mound, Plano, and Frisco, our patients can recognize us when they travel to work and play in other areas of the Houston metroplex, as well as in Dallas. Each facility provides emergency medical care without the long wait and hassles of hospital-based emergency rooms.
